Fourth of July

Happy Birthday America! We spent the Fourth of July at my mom's house on Smith lake. We have been going here for years and years so it was so much fun taking George for the first time! We had a couple of firsts for George while we were there, he sat in a high chair (his Uncle Blake's high chair as a baby) for the first time and loved it! He also reached out for me to hold me :) melted my heart!!!

Mom bought this blowup lounge float for the weekend. It ended up being called the "Tick Pit" because one morning my uncle went out and there were ticks all over it! My skin is crawling just thinking about it!! But a handful of ticks won't stop my family from floating and drinking!

 Blake and Haley brought their fry daddy...so we pretty much just grabbed anything in the kitchen and fried it! The fried honey buns were awesome!
