I mentioned in my Happy Mornings post that I try and drink lemon water every morning. The reason for that is I had read a lot about other women drinking lemon water so I did some research about the benefits of it and was pretty impressed! So I thought I would give it a go and have been stuck on it ever since! Here are just a few of the reasons I drink it...
