F. through J......I forgot to publish this!

SO I have been slacking on my outline to get through April so I could talk about what was going on in my life as it happened...well so much has happened in May that I haven't been able to keep up. So lets wrap up the outline and move on before June takes over!

F. Church Confirmation
Easter weekend I got confirmed in the Catholic Church. I have been in RCIA classes since September 2010...I originally started with a church in Birmingham but when I moved to Huntsville I transferred to St. Mary's of the Visitation. This is the church that Kris and I will be getting married in. It is celebrating it's 150th year this year! It is a beautiful church! I don't have any of the pictures of the Easter Vigil because they are on mom's camera. I will be posting them as soon as I get them!!!

G. Tornados in Tuscaloosa
The end of April was a sad and scary one for Alabama. We had 200 tornados touch down in one month! April 27th was a bad day for many Alabamians. I happen to be flying back from KC so I had no idea how bad everything was. When I landed in Nashville I couldn't get in touch with anyone! Finally I got a hold of my parents and when we were sure the storms were gone I head to Huntsville. We didn't have power at our house and they were estimating it to be about a week before it came back. My brother was in Tuscaloosa and his car had been totaled...so we decided to pack up and head out. We all went down to TTown, my mom picked up my brother and headed to a hotel in Birmingham. The dogs and I headed over to Kris' parents house in Tuscaloosa to stay since we didn't have anywhere to take the dogs. I got to drive around and see all of the damage...It was good to see how fast the community reacted and things were getting down around town! It was also nice for me to spend some time with my future in-laws before moving away!

H. Royal Wedding!

I was in Tuscaloosa for the Royal Wedding. We didn't have cable at the house so Mrs. K and I packed it up and went to Kris' sister, Kim's, house to watch. All I have to say is it was PHENOMENAL!!! There are really no other words! I felt like I was there and a part of the big day! I maybe teared up! 

I. Brother's Birthday

This handsome man was lucky to be celebrating his birthday the same day at the royal wedding!! I am jealous! Ha! Happy 23rd birthday to my little brother!! I love you!

J. I got a job!!

I got a great job in KC!!! I am so excited to be working for this company!!!
